Rush Lake is nearly 4,700 meters high. Thin air means headaches, fatigue, and shortness of breath are common if you aren't prepared or first timer.
Hydration: Drink 3 to 4 liters of water daily while trekking. Carry Diamox (acetazolamide) after consulting a doctor to manage potential altitude sickness.
